1. Operator and scope
NexaCloudHub is independently operated under the public name Vlad D., based in Romania. Contact: contact@nexacloudhub.com.
These terms describe permitted use of this project and its connected services. Read any product-specific license supplied with your copy as well. A privacy notice explains data handling; it is not a request to waive rights or a blanket consent to unrelated processing.
2. Permitted use and your responsibilities
Use only accounts, devices and content you own or are authorized to access. Keep account access and devices protected. Do not use the project for unlawful access, fraud, spam, harassment, interception or deliberate disruption. Report faults responsibly and do not bypass access controls or interfere with other users’ data.
3. Website, project pages and connected services
The main website presents NexaCloudHub projects and links to their applications, hosted services and documents. A project presentation or preview is not a promise of a public download, a particular release date or compatibility with every device. Specific versions, licenses and the actual feature set govern the copy you use.
The website’s service terms cover the main pages, Webmail, Repos and the browser Calendar. Product-specific terms for Flluet, Steam Account Switcher, PhoneMirror and ORA are linked below and supplement these terms for those products.
4. Repos workspace responsibilities
Repos uses a shared access password. Everyone who knows it can view the common workspace and may retrieve, edit or delete its records; this version has no separate user roles or recovery history for deleted entries. Workspace participants must have authority to store and share the account details they enter. Do not treat it as a private space from other people holding the same password.
5. Calendar accounts and synchronization
Keep your ORA account access protected and use only your own authorized account. Local, synced and exported copies are separate. Review synchronization and Load sync behavior before combining calendars; pending offline changes, deletion markers and conflict copies can affect the resulting data. The ORA Terms of Service describe the application-specific controls.
6. Webmail and email service use
Use only mail accounts assigned to you or otherwise authorized. Do not send unsolicited bulk mail, phishing, malicious attachments or unlawful content, impersonate another sender or attempt to intercept other people’s messages. Address recipients carefully and follow the limits and policies of the involved mail systems.
The delivery, receipt and filtering of email involve other mail systems. A sent message cannot be assumed recallable, and a mail client’s local removal does not close a hosted mailbox. Contact the operator for mailbox administration or account closure.
7. Content, software and third-party rights
You retain rights in your own content. Using a requested hosted function permits the processing needed to provide it; it does not transfer ownership of your messages, plans or other content to NexaCloudHub. Rights in the software and site remain with their respective owners. Copying, modification and redistribution are governed by the license accompanying the relevant software or component and applicable law.
Third-party and open-source licenses continue to apply, including any rights they grant to source code, modification or redistribution. These terms do not replace those licenses. Product names and trademarks identify their owners and do not imply endorsement or an official affiliation.
8. Availability and responsible operation
Project pages describe the versions and platforms presented, not a guarantee that every feature exists in every edition. Development and preview builds can change and may contain faults. Keep appropriate backups and review the effect of actions that change or delete data. There is no promise of uninterrupted availability, a guaranteed delivery time or support response unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
Access may be restricted proportionately where necessary to address security incidents, misuse or a legal requirement. Where practicable and lawful, the operator will explain the restriction and available next steps. This provision does not authorize arbitrary loss of user rights.
9. Liability and mandatory rights
No software can be guaranteed free from every error or interruption. You remain responsible for choices you make using the project, but this does not exclude the operator’s liability where exclusion or limitation is not lawful. Nothing here removes statutory consumer remedies, data-protection rights, rights under component licenses, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes, support and disputes
Features and these terms may change. Material changes affecting an ongoing service will be communicated with reasonable notice where possible, rather than imposed retroactively. Changes do not remove rights you already hold. Contact contact@nexacloudhub.com about access, faults or concerns.
Romanian law applies to the extent permitted by applicable rules. If you are a consumer, you retain mandatory protections of the law applicable to you and access to the courts or authorities available under that law. These terms do not require arbitration or waive non-excludable legal rights.
